In The Loop – 1 Sep 2014
Adult and Community Learning ‘in the loop’
Issue 1 September 2014
Hello everyone and welcome to ‘in the loop’. In this edition of ‘in the loop’… Information and enrolment events at the St Paul’s Learning and Family Centre as well as our fantastic (and free) Digital Stories course as part of our Lottery funded project commemorating the centenary of WWI.
As the school holidays come to an end (and at the moment the summer weather) all thoughts are with the Autumn term and new courses starting. We have had some really positive feedback on the new booking system and are expecting the next week or two to be busy with enrolments and enquiries.
If you haven’t booked yet there is still time, you can phone or call into Stoke Lodge (although bear with us as the office gets quite busy) to avoid the queues you can enrol and pay online with a credit or debit card. Just click the link.
NOTE: Remember even if you have done courses with us before you will need to ‘sign up for a new account’ as this is a new system.
We have two enrolment and information events planned for St Paul’s.
So if you want to find out more about courses at St Paul’s head to the Learning and Family Centre on …
- Tuesday 2 Sept between 3pm and 6pm or
- Thursday 11 Sept between 10am and 1pm.
If you are a BCFM listeners keep an ear out for our radio advert currently running on BCFM.
Finally we still have a few places left on our FREE 10 week Digital Stories course.
A fantastic chance to learn the craft of digital story telling as well as the opportunity to share family or community stories of conflict, past or present, as part of our Lottery funded project commemorating the centenary of WWI.
Do you have a story to share?
As always:
