The Gift of Learning
There is also still time to get an Adult Learning Gift voucher if you are looking for a Christmas gift.
You can buy a voucher for any amount or for a specific course or workshop in the new year.
We have E vouchers that can be emailed out to you as well as paper versions available to collect from Stoke Lodge. Much nicer than socks!
And finally…
My thanks and warmest wishes as always. I’m an eternal optimist, but it does feel like some of the news is taking a more positive turn.
We have vaccinations starting in Bristol this week and (at last check) cases down on last week.
So my quote this week is form that famous pessimist Eeyore – and if he can see a little brightness on the horizon I think we might be ok.
Take care and stay safe
Jenny
“It’s snowing still,” said Eeyore gloomily.
“So it is.”
“And freezing.”
“Is it?”
“Yes,” said Eeyore. “However,” he said, brightening up a little, “we haven’t had an earthquake lately.”
