In The Loop – 15 December 2023
Hello everyone, a final in the loop before we close Stoke Lodge for a well-earned break over Christmas.
Ho, Ho, Ho, Merry Christmas!
Stoke Lodge will be closing at 4pm on Thursday 21 December and the office will reopen on Tuesday 2 January. Most courses will be starting back from week beginning 8 January.
There is still time to book with us at Stoke Lodge or over the phone before Christmas and still time to get a last minute gift voucher – E-Vouchers are available as well as paper vouchers.
All the staff here at Bristol Adult Learning would like to wish you a very happy and peaceful break. We know Christmas can be both a joyous time and a poignant and challenging time for some, so please do take care, and check in with people over the next couple of weeks.

GCHQ – Christmas Challenge
If you fancy a Christmas challenge, you might like to have a go at the GCHQ Christmas card. With its history of wartime codebreaking at Bletchley Park GCHQ have created a series of tough puzzles.

We have been having a go at these here at Stoke Lodge and whilst we are felling quite smug about solving some, we haven’t completed all the puzzles – YET!!
